I think the initial assessment of the property was carefully done and the subsequent decisions with the marketing approach was a direct result of that. Linda was specifically determined and persuasive as our agent, she overcame hurdles and we were pleased with her dedication.
I think with something like this it goes two fold, you have Bayleys as a company and then the agent as a separate equation but I think in this case they are a good combination and hard to separate.
